Since its foundation in 1989, California Air-Conditioning Systems, Inc. has been dedicated to the provision of safe working conditions for its employees, promoting safety awareness at every level. We recognise our responsibility to look after our workers and schedule weekly safety meetings for all employees, followed by testing and a safety checklist on construction sites.

All of our mechanics are required to know and carry the Mechanical Contractors of America safety manuals and checklist at all times. HAZMAT and M.S.D.S training is given to those who require it and penalties, including termination, will be enforced for safety violations and for those who disregard safety guidelines.

Safety comes first for us, and we maintain and enforce our programs to the utmost to fulfil this responsibility.
